At the September 12, 2011, Board of Directors meeting a new policy was passed regarding moving in and moving out procedures. The new policy is effective October 1, 2011. The non-refundable portion of the deposit provides security during the move and covers repair for the wear and tear on the building common areas.

Unscheduled move in/outs will result in a $500 fine to the unit owner.
