In Case of Emergency: Phoenix Rising provides emergency services to PAL that can be accessed via their direct line: 312-850-3251. In an effort to reduce the required support and cost associated with the emergency response service while still providing the valuable service to owners, Phoenix Rising and the PAL Board have identified those events that constitute an emergency and will trigger an immediate after-hours response from Phoenix Rising.
If you or someone else in the building experiences an immediate threat to your health or safety, please remember to call 911. Additionally, all calls to Phoenix Rising for issues that may present a health or safety issue will continue to be responded to immediately, no matter when they are reported.
Calls for the below events will warrant a PRMG emergency call response; however, calls made during off-hours for events not noted below or those that do not present health or safety concerns will be handled during regular business hours.
- Elevator failure or entrapment
- Garage door failure
- Pipe burst
- Steady water leak affecting common area or more than one unit
- Kitchen/bathroom sink/drain back-ups
- Steady water leak inside unit, e.g., on ceilings or behind walls
- Security breach
- Alarms going off in units
All owners should exercise caution when utilizing the emergency service, as it should only be used for true after-hour emergencies. If there are issues that you notice after-hours that are not emergencies, please leave a message for Phoenix Rising at its regular number or wait to contact Phoenix Rising until normal business hours.
